Fundo Tres Esquinas Distillery

The sign honors the founders Luis Gonzales Missa and Juana Martínez de Gonzales (famously known in the region as Doña Juanita). Their estate in the Ica desert is known as Fundo Tres Esquinas, where they run a rustic, welcoming distillery tour alongside an attached traditional Creole restaurant called La Olla de Juanita.
