Puno Lakeside Boats

Colorful passenger boats lined up at a dock on an algae-covered lake with mountains rising behind densely packed hillside settlements. The algae caused by the city's sewage being overwhelmed with rain and spilling into the harbour which led to this luscious algae growth.
